The Alliance is a not for profit organization comprised of Home Health Care providers, committed to advocating for a Home and Community based model to long term care in New York State. Our goal is to partner with other organizations individuals and their family members in order to provide valuable inpur regarding the best practice utilization of Medicaid programs. As providers, we understand the challenges associated with combining quality with efficiency.
